Can I refuse my delivery?

When your tyres are delivered to your home or to the address of your choice, you have the option to refuse your delivery.

This way, your tyres will be automatically returned to us and you'll be refunded faster.

However, it's of course more economical and better for the environment to contact us before we dispatch the tyres.

This avoids the numerous unnecessary actions...

When will my tyres be delivered?

Your tyres will be delivered within 2-4 days depending on the following steps:

  • Once your order has been confirmed, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
  • We then check the payment.
  • Once the payment has been confirmed, we immediately start preparing your order in our warehouses.
  • A tracking number is then sent to you by email to allow you to track the progress of your order.
  • A carrier is already on the way to deliver them to your home or to another address of your choice.

What if I don't receive my delivery?

If you don't receive any of the following from us throughout the order process:

  • order confirmation
  • delivery tracking
  • receipt of goods at your home or chosen address

Please have your name and order number ready, our team will answer you as soon as possible!

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free when you order two or more tyres.

This way, you don't have to pay any extra.

What happens if I'm not there?

With the order tracking info we send you, you'll know when your delivery is due to arrive.

If at the time of delivery, you are not at home, and no one can be there to receive your package, our delivery driver

  • will try to leave the package with a neighbour and leave a notice in your letterbox.
  • If this is not possible, the driver will leave you a delivery notice with their contact details to schedule a new appointment.

What if the delivery person can't find my address?

When placing an order, you can give us all the information and indications necessary for the delivery driver:

  • locality
  • junction
  • door code
  • or any other additional address information

This way, you'll receive your order faster, and the driver/deliverer will be able to work more efficiently.

Can I choose to have my order delivered to another address?

When you place your order, we suggest that you fill in a billing address and a delivery address.

The delivery address can be:

  • your home address
  • a fitting centre
  • your workplace
  • or any other address of your choice (your neighbour, family, children...)

Can I postpone my delivery date?

We'll try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you wish to postpone your delivery by several weeks, we recommend that you place your order later.

In some cases, you can leave your tyres on standby at your fitting centre.

However, we recommend that you clarify this with your fitting centre in order to avoid any miscommunication.

Can I pick up the tyres myself?

Grip500 covers the whole of Europe, and so we've adapted our logistics systems accordingly.

This highly sophisticated tool means you can receive your tyres quickly at the address of your choice.

Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome you at our warehouses for several reasons:

  • security
  • distance
  • time
  • Our computer tool has been developed to work with large quantities.

All this allows us to guarantee you excellent prices and delivery times.

Who will deliver my tyres?

We work with Europe's biggest home delivery companies.

These renowned companies have several advantages:

  • excellent knowledge of the towns and villages in their area
  • large fleets and teams
  • optimised tracking and organisational tools.

Who delivers my order?

Your order will be delivered by a delivery driver directly to the address of your choice.

The delivery driver will be an employee of a well-known transport company.

The company depends on your package and your location; it may be any one of the following:

  • DPD, Royal Mail, UPS
  • Fedex
  • Hermes

Our European coverage allows us to have a trusting relationship with these experts in home/fitting centre delivery.

How can I track my delivery?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking email.

You can use the link in this email to locate your package.

In fact, as soon as your parcel is scanned at a checkpoint: loading, transport, arrival at a delivery hub, delivery... you'll be notified via your customer account.

This is reassuring, but it also ensures the proper delivery of your order.

Do I have to pay the courier?

We take care of the delivery payment.

So there's no need to hand over any money.
