Changing a bicycle tyre can be done in a few minutes, but fitting or changing your car tyres can be challenging, or even a mission impossible without the right tools.

There are several steps to changing your car tyres:

• Remove the wheel.
• Remove the tyre from the rim.
• Replace the rubber valve.
• Grease the new tyre.
• Fit the new tyre to the rim.
• Inflate the tyre to 3.5 bars to fit it around the wheel.
• Reset the tyre to the pressure stated by the car manufacturer
• Balance your tyre with a balancer
• Position the balancing weights
• Check your balance again after the installing the weights
• Swap your tyres
• Tighten the nuts with a torque wrench
