I have been driving since 1969, and drove a taxi for some time. Dave is the best, by a long way. I never go anywhere else if I can avoid it.
I arrived in Newcastle late on a Friday evening and got a puncture just before arriving at my hotel. On Saturday morning I was struggling to find anybody who could get me a replacement tyre before Monday when I needed to be back in Birmingham by Saturday night. Within just over an hour of calling Dave he had sourced an exact replacement tyre from one of his suppliers and had me back on the road. Very welcoming and honest right from the start, good price and a true professional. Really grateful and many thanks. Dave D
Returned second and third time for tyre mounting - unlucky with puncture within a month of new set tyres having been mounted. Owner mounted spare summer tyre for free, and made time to check for the puncture 10 mins before closing time without complaint. Great relaxed, but professional customer service!
Squeezed me in on a Saturday although he was already booked. Had to wait a little, but tyres were quickly and effectively mounted, while I also got a little bit of info on tyres in genreal that came in handy. Relaxed and non-intimidating atmosphere for a lady. My car felt like new , sturdy and reliable on the road with the new properly aligned tyres. Would definitely recommend!
