The EHF 501 tyre is intended for saloons, SUVs and electric cars, delivering safe handling on both dry and wet roads. Its four longitudinal grooves rapidly expel water, thus limiting aquaplaning. Multiple waved sipes contribute to a smooth, quiet ride, while the high density of sipes improves braking performance in the rain. Optimised tension within the structure ensures an even distribution of ground pressure, reducing deformation and heat build-up. Its reinforced steel carcass, complemented by a jointless nylon belt, provides strength and comfort. Finally, the silica-rich compound increases grip, extends longevity and reduces rolling resistance.
