All of the brand's products are covered by an insurance company located in the USA, and the operational model is direct shipment by container to any destination in the United States.
With more than 4 hectares of stock to enable either the delivery of containers wherever buyers wish or to allow for immediate collection of goods, Horizon's distribution centres are based in Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, and New Jersey.
To promote production and be able to source from numerous tyre manufacturers located on the "Pacific Rim", Horizon also has branches in China, in Beijing and Qingdao.
The products manufactured by the factories and marketed by Horizon undergo very strict quality control recommended by the following standards: ISO/TS 16949 (Quality Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 10012 (Measurement Management), DOT, E-Mark, CCC, E-Sound, INMETRO, GCC, ECE-SW, and RAH.
