Are you supposed to inspect the tyres before accepting them? Otherwise, is there no right to return them? I wanted to have something noted down. I tried for 15 minutes. As the driver neither understood nor spoke any German, he kept shoving the device under my nose, saying, "Name, name". Perhaps the service should be improved or the delivery conditions changed. At the time of purchase, it stated: delivery within 1-2 working days... Unfortunately, that was not correct either. The tyres are now fitted and, so far, we are satisfied with the goods. The Master is rolling again!!!
